We will again be represented with our own exhibition stand at Boot 2026. Our exhibition stand in the hall 11 on the Stand B02 It's almost in the same spot as last time. The stand is again very close to the forum. There's still some free space to our right and left. There's also a small cafeteria next door.

The exhibition stand has a usable area of 8 square meters. It is designed as a corner stand with three open sides. We still need to finalize the exact layout. Our plan is to present the exhibits on several suspended panels along both walls. Narrow shelves will run almost continuously along the walls, providing space for a laptop, paper, and pen. QR codes will be placed next to the exhibits, allowing visitors to access further information about the project. At least two stand attendants will be available to answer questions. We aim to staff the stand with three to four people. Coffee, water, and snacks will also be provided.
financing
The exhibition stand is financed exclusively through donations. Minimum financing requirement is 3000 euros. If we also need internet access at the booth, the cost will be €3,500. We have a credit balance of approximately €1,000 from 2023 that we can use for financing. Therefore, we need to raise a remaining amount of approximately €2,000. Currently, €230 has been collected. We still need further donations to finance the booth. The costs are as follows:
- Stand space 1080 euros
- Media fee 515 euros
- Technical services 333 euros
- Standard earth 43 euros
- Electricity consumption: €0.89/kWh (total consumption approx. 100 kWh, €89)
